BMS MAINTENANCE
ASG offers Building Automation maintenance (BAM) contracts to anyone who has an ALC WebCTRL Building Management System. A BAM contract allows you to keep an eye on your building and make small changes which can optimize operating efficiencies, increase occupant comfort, lower operating costs, and increased systems stability. The (BAM) will protect the capital expenditure and the investment made for your Building Management System.
BAMs are offered on a semiannually, quarterly, monthly, and weekly intervals. As a preferred customer we provide on-site support within 24 hours (or the next business day) of your call. We also provide remote support within 12 hours of your call.
Typical BAM services include:
- System files & database backup.
- Review the health, speed, and capacity of controllers and networks.
- Review schedules, setpoints, and efficiencies.
- Repair, re-organize, and adjust the system as able within the allotted time.
- Recommend remedial actions for any larger issues encountered.

- Onsite customer focused training.
SMALL PROJECTS
